Our negotiations are designed to maximize the number of refunds we get for you. While we do our best to refunds as many fees as possible, the bank has the final word on how much is refunded. This means they can decide to refund all the fees, some of the fees, or none of the fees. We recommend that you wait 90 days between negotiations to increase the probabilities of refunds. It has been our experience that banks don't usually offer refunds if negotiations are too close to each other. We try to maximize refunds in the first negotiation and it takes 90 days for some bank indicators to reset. After 90 days the probability of getting a refund highly increases.
