When the bank agrees to issue refunds, they credit them directly back to the same account the original fee came out of. This whole process is fully done by the bank, so the funds never actually go through us. Therefore, we are not able to subtract our fee from the refund and must issue a separate charge for it.
Why don't you take your fee out of the refund before posting it to my account?
