When you sign up for Express Negotiations, which is only available for select banks currently, you need to re-authenticate so that your information can be passed to the bank again and we can establish a connection with the bank. Double authentication makes sure that we are keeping everything as secure as possible. We are paranoid about making sure our system is extremely secure.
